Tested it, it’s definitely INT! Don’t think they changed it.
I’m starting to regret getting rank 2 in cleric it’s working but slowly I thought I would be doing more than 600 per square on my heal skill for healing and doing more than 40 damage per square

They should have Holy Light for C2, and put Divine Might in C3 with something comparable to Mass Heal to replace Guardian Saint (maybe a HoT with a buff to increase SP recovery).
I think you’re mixing it up with some priest skills maybe? C2 has divine might, but otherwise it’s just Fade that gets added onto the base four skills (Heal, Cure, Protective Zone, Debuff Zone).
That is the intention for fixing Cleric. The nerfed Divine Might having 5 levels maybe very enough, and having Holy Light at C2 would make more sense to balance offense and defense. At last, I think Cleric deserves one more healing skill, so I suggest to add a HoT to compete with Krivis, and the HoT provides SP recovery for people to consider.
Simply the current Cleric at C2 and C3 are among useless, most people would choose Priest or Krivis.
