Cleric Class Rank 8: Shaolin Monk

Requirement: Circle 3 Monk

Skills:
Martial Artist (Buff): Honing and mastering martial arts is not a joke .
Increased action speed of all skills, increased critical rate and attack power.

Nature Mastery (Passive): After spending a long time in the mountains training yourself, you’ve become one with the nature.
Increases elemental property defense. Increases Physical and Magic defense. Increases evasion.

Earth Stomp: Stomps the ground with all your might .
Hits all the targets around you and slows them for a while .

Tai Chi: Concentrates all power to your left hand to unleash a devastating attack .
Has a chance to decrease the target’s defense by 100%.

Bullet Punch: After using punches for a LONG period time, you’ve learned how to connect them all .
Requires: Level 15 Double punch
Has a chance to stun a target.

Quick Feet: Speed matters .
Increases movement speed .

Class attributes:
Brawler:
Increases AOE attack ratio.
Equip: Gauntlets:
Enables you to equip gauntlets .

This is what Monks really need, some sort of attack buff, aoe attack ratio and stuffs .

Because a man can dream, and why not ?

heres what i want from that class

Aero Fist (Attack) : punch so strong that a ranged fist made of wind homes into the target. (3 overheat) (13 seconds cd)

Attribute: slows enemy by 50% for 5 seconds

Staff boomerang: throw staff and pull target and all sourrounding targets to you, stuns for 4 seconds (20 sec cd)

Dragon strike: spin your staff around you and strike all surrounding targets and set them on fire for 5 seconds. (2 overheat)(20 sec cd)

Martial artist: your buff

Attribue:

Ranged: increases the range of all fist skills

Equip:Bo - able to equip bo staff type weapons

Yas. You can surround enemies with your battle Doge and take turns punching them.

you crazy? everybody want to be a monk, I saw monks everywhere, and is only because the appearance and the kamehameha. If this class gets any buff, you willl need to change the name of game to Tree of monks haha

Well, i myself would love to be able to play a “combo” type monk like ragna cofgh… and whoever remember the classic Xenoge(cof cof). Anyways, something like Asur* Strik& would be great too.
The main idea would be instead making active skills like Palm Strike and Hand Knife, making active skills like double punch (using both stam and sp) then when using a certain combination, would use the Palm strike skill. Something like: Double punch + “Triple Strike” then after the char would use automatically Palm Strike. So having to use skills points to be able to have more combo combination that would result in stronger “Finishers”.

hand knife (1) + Double punch (2) = one inch punch (1)

and the = has no cost and doesnt go on cooldown.

Indeed i was thinking something like that. Aside ranged and buff skills, take out the current active melee skills. Then having only as active skills 4 or so “Double punch” like skills, that is, skills with no cooldown (combo), using stam(and maybe sp) and a so so damage. Then having some “passive” “Finishers”. They would activate after doing some combination. Lets say for instance (game in control mode) having light punch (X), double punch (Y), low kick (A), roundhouse kick (B). So some combinations:

Light punch (X), Light punch (X), Double punch (Y) > (Auto execute Palm Strike)

Low kick, Light punch > auto execute Hand knife

(X), (X), (Y), (A), (B), (Y) … > Ashur@ Strik® (R8 skill with huge damage, high cooldown and massive sp cost aside all stam bar)
