What do u guys think abt it?
Is it enough for main support in pts ?
Is it a good buffer/CD reducer?
The last Circle I really don’t know… want to do some silver with buffs, but worry abt saturated market, then oracle would be a better choice ?

Abt stats, I saw Int 3:1 Con in foruns. Is the best choice, thinking as main support pt AND some dmg?
