Classes for solo playing?!

I didnt expect the game come so soon, guess noone did?! Now im somewhat lost when it comes to classes, things changed a bit and Rank 7 also came into place. I played Cataphract in ICBT2 and… i was not impressed, at all. Low damage, low aoe. Grinding was a pain with cata. So i stopped at like 110 because it wasnt much fun.

What are classes that can aoegrind good solo, but wont be taken apart in PvP later on in the game?

being buffed and being good are 2 different things, because all i read here is that they are still mediocre, from trash, to medioce, atleast something.
