I’m in doubt between these two builds.
My concern is that changes in the barbarian class as the loss of skill Agressive have hampered its performance.
My focus is on PvE but would like to have any chance in PvP too, which would be the best build, there is some change suggestions?
Those two builds seem to be good on both pvp and pve
Only thing is that you should ask whether you enjoy playing as ranged or melee first
also consider your latency in the game so you would know whether the latency is just bad for melee pvp play or even pve in terms of your own preferences.

Worth losing the skill of Rogue [ Burrow ] and take one rank in Scout and have the skill [ Cloaking ] to combo with [ Sneak Hit ]?
Another question… The skill [ Evasion ] really worth it? Or dodge you gain from AGI/DEX is enough?
On the Barbarian build, should i put some points in Warcry? Put [ Cleave ] Lv 15 or [ Helm Chopper ] Lv 15?

Ps: I tested my ping with some ips from Ashburn, VA. It is in the range of approximately 120, but as the servers will be host by Amazon I hope to have a lower ping. I have no preference as to melee range or class, just do not like to rely heavily on SP.
below 200 ms should be fine.

Bro just tell me one thing. Where in your eyes is there synergy between rogue and ranger? Just show me one skill combination in that build that works, not even two just one and I’ll give this build an actual thought xD
I agree that you should base your answer from what character you enjoy the most. I believe both classes has good potentials in both pvp and pve.
In my case I’ll go with archer class.
