My advice to you is just be patient and wait for the next beta test. When you have the game in your hands, you’ll know immediately what you want to do.

Dex is just another name for Agi, because the game is still being translated from Korean and translators haven’t completely reached a consensus on many things.
Dex/Agi increases evasion, critical hit rate, and accuracy.

It depends. There is no right answer and people are still theorycrafting a lot. Some people claim going full dex is best.
Others have checked dps numbers and found out a split seems to be better for damage dealing.
Generally speaking it comes down to preference. Str gives you high consistent numbers, while dex will give you a bigger range of damage with higher tops and lower bottoms, as well as more defense (evasion).
