[Class][Rework] Rune Caster

After some time playing with the caster rune, I thought of a rework based on its lack of originality and dmg, and not just as an extension of cryokino. I thought of runes to buff other elements and switch the rune of giants to a single-target dmg skill. As I play more PVE, I do not know what impact it would have on pvp.

Rune Caster:

Rune Improvement:
CD: 20s.
Duration: 10s.
Animation: 1.2s
Use a rune to improve the next skill depending on the rune used.
The runes are different from each other, have to buy in the shop each rune: p.
It would be interesting to have different skills that share the same CD for ease of use.
The buff is consumed after the cast, it does not use a buff space.
—Rune of ice: Increases the DMG of the next ICE skill by 75%, chance of causing
---------------------FREEZE increased by 10%;
—Rune of Fire: Increases FIRE skill DIAMETER by 40% and duration by 20%;
—Rune of Lightning: Assigned BURNING effect for 6 seconds on hit targets;
—Rune of Magic: Increases the DMG of your next MAGIC skill by 15% and decreases your CD by 25%;

Rune of Destruction:
CD: 50s
Same thing, just leaving explicit the amount of reflections that this spell gives and the maximum number of primary targets in the circle.

Rune of Justice:
CD: 40s
Charges: 2
Duration: 2s (you’ll understand)
Dmg: Same with 0.4s per tick.
Channeling Spell, similar to psychokino skills. The animation would be similar to the original one, from her showing the rune and then casting, a time of perhaps 0.6 seconds, to be a more fluid spell. Uses a common rune.

Rune of Protection:
CD: 70s
Duration: 12s
Cast Time: 4s
Buff: 30 + 4% * lvl of magic and physical defense.
Mark the area with runes, increasing allied resistance.
Uses 2 common runes.

Rune of Implosion:
CD: 60
Charges: 1
Cast Time: 4s
Dmg: 1200% + 136% * lvl, + 75% + 50% * lvl for medium and + 225% + 85% * lvl for large
Deals massive damage to a single opponent, based on its size. Eh that spell that was missing to give a BURST in a single opponent.

Attributes:

Rune Improvement: Skilled Casting
Max lvl: 40
When using Rune Improvement, decreases the cast of the next Rune Caster skill (Must be Cast, Rune of Justice not included, obviously) at 1.25 * lvl of the attribute, not cumulative with QUICK CAST (use whichever is greater) , Lasts 10s too.

Rune of Protection: Null fire zone
Max lvl: 4
Chance to deny debuffs of 1 rank, 8% * lvl (occurs once every 1.5s this chance, starting in the 0seconds).

Rune of Protection: Recovery
Max lvl: 1
Increases allies’ mana regeneration based on your SPR.

Rune of Justice: Double Casting
Max lvl: 2
Mana consumption: + 30%
CD increase: 15s
It consumes another rune to increase the duration of the skill by 0.4 * lvl seconds.

Max lvl: 3
Mana consumption: + 20%
Consumes another rune to increase the number of rebounds in 1 * lvl from lvl 2 increases the number of primary targets as well.

Attributes of normal dmg

Price of runes:
Rune of Ice: 500
Rune of Fire: 350
Rune of Lightning: 300
Rune of Magic: 400
Normal Rune: 200

Prices for runes is too high, keep in mind those have been lowered in KtoS already. other suggestions are quite ncie and woudl be really welcome

frost cloud OP. There was a reason why quickcast attribute was removed in the last patch and that was to steer away from a meta dps class. This would make RC mandatory to not only dps classes but supports as well because of CD reduction.

This will kill off all cryo kinoes and just make elememes even stronger. New meta=wiz 3 ele 3 RC sage.

PURE MAGIC skill, not ELEMENTAL skills. Like magic missile

A magic skill can do elemental damage. This is why frost cloud and pyro skills were affected by quick cast attribute when it was still around.
