Bug Description :
Today I tried to receive my Class Change voucher, I selected my character who would receive the item, however, upon logging in I noticed that I had not received the item. I returned to the lobby and noticed that the item was still available to receive. I closed the game and opened again and there was no longer the voucher to receive and when logging in the character the same also was not in the character
