Class Reset took my 13 Job Levels away

Bug Description :
I used the Job reset item, hoping to get my skills the right way, to my surprise after using it i only got the Job Exp Cards needed to get me to 5 Circle but not the job exp that i had to the momment, i was around 17x / 13 and i was left at 17x / 1

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. Using Job Reset Item

Holy mother, i must be blind as hell, Well, time to drop the game, i for sure wont grind the 13 job levels again.

you seem to be rank 5 going to rank 6, if that’s the case, it’s easy to get them back through dailies/dungeons.

You can quit if you want to, but if it’s for that reason, I don’t even know anymore.

Everytime I read that thing, my brain unconsciously translates it as

Maths is too hard. To avoid the possibility of exp miscalculation which will embarrass our name, we decided to only refund the exp of either class lv1 or class lv15. Players can rest assured your hard earned rank reset potion will refund at least 80% of your total class exp.
