[Class] Official Squire Thread

Okay, I think I will change this to an official Squire thread. I really enjoy the concept of this class and I will probably main it and try it out during CBT2.

From what I see, it is really beneficial to turn this class into a main tank. So the route I am thinking would be

Swordman > Peltasta > Peltasta > Peltasta > Squire > Squire

OR

Swordman > Peltasta > Hoplite > Hoplite > Squire > Squire

The first one will give more defense for sure and the ability to provoke 30 mobs instead of 10.

But the second build will have more block, magic defense and more damage.

Stabbing’s damage is more than buffed Umbo and Rim combined.

This will be with a full CON stats.

The reason I am leaning towards full CON is not only because of the main tank aspect but also to increase the weight limit. From all the info I dug up, Squire carries A LOT of junk.

Repair - Uses repair kit, amount depends on the item being repaired. Each repair kid is 3 weight.

Weapon Maintenance - Carries a type of rock, starts with a C, also depend on the Star of the weapon. Higher star means more rock used. It also cost 3 weight.

Armor Maintenance - Same as repair, uses repair kid.

Base camp and Refreshment table both uses 10 item each, each item weights 1.

Each food requires item, at least 2 item per food. And 1 food = 1 buff. So if you have a full party, that’s 10 items per type of food, which is 10 weight. Multiply that by 4, that’s 40 weight per 30 minutes.

EDIT FROM PREVIOUS QUESTION

Hi all, first thanks in advance on answering these questions.

First, Base Camp skill from Squire. From the description, it says that you can teleport, access storage, and increase duration of buffs. Then later, it states that it increases food buffs to 30 minutes. Is it only food buff that increases at the base camp? Does anyone know if any other buffs will increase?

Next, I seen videos of Refreshment Table. There seems to be 4 types of food with 4 types of different buffs. From what I can tell, one increase MAX HP and another increases MAX MP. What about the other two?

The 4 foods are: Salad, Soup, Yogurt, and Sandwich.

Oh also, what are the food’s normal duration? I seen a video where the buffs were 30 minutes. However, this is next to a base camp.

Does anyone know? Thanks again.

lol I think I found my own answer after searching a while.

So ignore this post. But I will post the info here for anyone who wants to know.

4 food so far, apparently all food, camp, and table requires item and silver to make. This isn’t going to be cheap.

Salad - HP increase by 20% for 30 minutes

Soup - SP recovery time decrease by 5 second for 30 minutes

Yogurt - HP recovery time decrease by 5 second for 30 minutes

Sandwich - SP increase by 20% for 30 minutes

The base camp on this video that I saw had 40% food buff.

Now what’s all that’s left is how does leveling up refreshment table affect the food? Does it increase the buff time or the buff amount?

It looks like I have found my mp refresh class. Squire is going to be the only class so far that boost sp refresh. So if, hypothetically, the skill level of refreshment table increases the buff. That means at level 10 it will be 10 second reduction on sp refresh, cutting it down by half or the normal amount.

Paladin’s HP regen aura also restores SP for like +30 sp per tick (with an attribute). Not sure how long this thick is, but I’m pretty sure it should stack with table’s food.

I think Krivis has sp regen skills too.

You can’t. You can however give it for free to your party members - there’s a small check-box there that allows you to do so.
