Okay, I think I will change this to an official Squire thread. I really enjoy the concept of this class and I will probably main it and try it out during CBT2.
From what I see, it is really beneficial to turn this class into a main tank. So the route I am thinking would be
Swordman > Peltasta > Peltasta > Peltasta > Squire > Squire
OR
Swordman > Peltasta > Hoplite > Hoplite > Squire > Squire
The first one will give more defense for sure and the ability to provoke 30 mobs instead of 10.
But the second build will have more block, magic defense and more damage.
Stabbing’s damage is more than buffed Umbo and Rim combined.
This will be with a full CON stats.
The reason I am leaning towards full CON is not only because of the main tank aspect but also to increase the weight limit. From all the info I dug up, Squire carries A LOT of junk.
Repair - Uses repair kit, amount depends on the item being repaired. Each repair kid is 3 weight.
Weapon Maintenance - Carries a type of rock, starts with a C, also depend on the Star of the weapon. Higher star means more rock used. It also cost 3 weight.
Armor Maintenance - Same as repair, uses repair kid.
Base camp and Refreshment table both uses 10 item each, each item weights 1.
Each food requires item, at least 2 item per food. And 1 food = 1 buff. So if you have a full party, that’s 10 items per type of food, which is 10 weight. Multiply that by 4, that’s 40 weight per 30 minutes.
