For a damage/CC wizard which one of these two builds would be better?
Build 1:

Build 2:
[Wiz>Cryo>Psy>Linker>Cryo>Cryo][2]
I don’t know if the additional utility from Linker is better than having higher damage in Psychokino skills. Could you explain the pros and cons of each build?

You can max enchant fire with no problem, specially if you
use auto attack alot plus it helps party with extra damage
during grinding/dungeon

id go with linker becuz you can hangman mobs and use stone
curse to lock them for a long time while you cast your
elemental skills

there is an attribute that deals damage when links is about to get
broken, dunno if unbind triggers this, i have to check. Get meteor, it rocks
even with a long cast time, hangman knot will stall them enough
havent tried freezing sphere but hail should synergize with your cryo for freezing effect

id go with build 2, while psy2 also has magnetic force to held enemies, only linkers can
make enemy take damage from each other if you have them clumped up
Well here’s a question. My original plan is Wiz -> Cryo -> Psy -> Psy -> Psy -> Necro but perhaps Wiz>Cryo>Psy>Linker>Psy>Necro would make life easier? I dunno if Gravity Pole is worth Psy3.
Whats better? Wiz>Pyro>Pyro>Linker>Sorcerer>Necro or Wiz>Pyro>Pyro>Ele>Sorcerer>Necro? At first i would to focus in familiar, salamian and servant summons instead the big guy and shoggoth, raise dead and corpse tower. I want to do constant damage with summons filling the gap between cooldowns. So in resume, link or aoe is most efficient?

Is Thaum even a viable choice?
Wouldnt buffs from cleric classes outweigh swell left/right arm?
Also shrink and swell body doesnt even work on bosses and its pointless to use it on normal mobs (other than a blue mob but they are so rare)

Um, I have a question about elementalists. When I found out that wiz>pyro>link>ele>ele>ele is the optimal build for elementalist I was already in C2 pyro in my previous wiz>pyro>pyro>ele>ele>ele build.
Exactly how worse is the pyro c2 build compared to linker build? I’m not exactly having much trouble with sp to be honest but I don’t want to end up with an underpowered character.
(I know similar questions were already asked but, if it is possible, I’d like to hear your toughts on “pros and cons” for each build)
And, if getting linker would really save me from underpoweredness in higher levels, is it possible to switch ele c3 for linker without completely messing up?

well with gravity pole, it’s only good when you have a party
because you can heard enemies but it doesn’t do damage and its a
channeling abiity meaning you have to rely on someone to do
damage for you while linker not only can herd them faster, but also
multiply the damage by 5.

For Freezing hail = Ele3
Ice property slow = Cryo2

if you find yourself getting frustrated because enemy
keeps on getting out of your ground flame/hail/fireball then
linker is always the answer

pyro is good on it’s own right but if you planning on getting
ele3 anyway, most of its skill will out perform pyro so a linker
will be optimal

You said firewall sucks at low lvl, but what about lvl 10, on paper looks like it should do massive amounts of damage (considering number of tiles and number of hits)

Maybe’s better create a new wiz or you think this: Wiz > Pyro > Cryo > ? Is ok and have how “save” this build?
In the begins, my ideia was a combo build, but i dont know… My focus is pvp and i believe this build are bad.

Hi i also have a corncern about sorcerer, the summon consumes a lot of sp and if i use skill that will decrease it more, shall i add more spr? cause i have a a summon it can protect me from demage so i dont need con i only need int and spr , i was thinking about going 1:1, or maybe 2(int): 1(spr) what do u think?
are pyro spells like fireball, fire ground, and fire pillar fixed in damage? an int invesment would be needed right?

And for the second build I don’t want Sorc cuz mass summons isn’t my thing
