Hi guys. I’m planning on going for hoplite 3 for max finestra and spear throw. Really like the concept of 0 cool down spear throw and 1h spears, even if it leads to bad dps.
In terms of hoplite options, the guides here generally suggest pelt > hop 2 > corsair 2 > dragoon for 1h spear + dagger, or pelt > hop 3 > doppel > dragoon for 2h spear with a 1h spear + shield on the side for swash buckling. Nothing much on hop 3 and 1h spears specifically.
Anyway, for someone who stubbornly refuses to use 2h spears, and would therefore not benefit from the dragoon’s 2h spear attribute, what would you guys recommend for the 3 other class slots with hop 3 taken? PVE functionality is ideal, any PVP utility is a bonus. Please advise, thanks.
