Simple, when is the time to up your class rank, i mean, by levels, its like every 50 levels you change class?
Exemple;
Swordsman - 0~50
Swordsman/Highlander/Peltasta - 50~100
Hoplite/Barbarian/ etc/ etc - 100~150

Nope. You have 2 levels. One is your Character Level which is for stats and equipment requirements. The second is your Class level. It’s 15 levels per Rank. When you reach level 15 you choose your next class.
ie.
Class level 15 Swordsman -> Choose next class -> Becomes Class level 1 class chosen

It’s every 15 class levels.
Here are the general levels that you tend to class change at (these are character levels):
15, 45, 78, 135, 176.

You need to be 45 Class Level to unlock Highlander 3.
EDIT: Close to 78 Character Level then.

15 is the class level cap, the levels I mentioned are the general character levels that you reach level 15 in your respective class. They can be off by 1-2 levels.
Highlander C3 would be around 78.
