Currently wiz-cryo-cryo-cryo about to hit the next advancement and i can’t decide what i wanna do, it’s a toss up between chrono, psy or thaumaturge.
would love any input of the benefits/combos of all the suggested 3rd class
All of those choices are pretty good. It really depends on what you prefer.
Chronomancers have the ability to slow, or freeze monsters, and can boost you and your party’s attack and movement speed.
Psychokino also gives some interesting options for Cryomancers. Psychic Pressure when casted on an Ice Wall makes the Ice Wall shoot ice shards, giving you another great DPS option. You could also trap yourself inside an Ice Wall and Swap enemies right into it. Otherwise, Telekinesis is a good single target skill.
Thaumaturge is a great buffer, and Reversi is a nice counter skill. though they really shine at C3.
