It should stop anything as long the skill is up in the ground.
Depend on the use, if PvE i would say 2-3.
For PvP Im not sure since i don’t PvP.
Would be max Lv, but it seem to be broken, well what is not broken in this game huh?
Slow is good in PvE, specially against some fast mob, min Lv 5 i think.

random info about stop:
stop seems to make mobs act if they are rooted so it has synergy with certain sapper skills which can take advantage of rooted mobs such as the green corpse flower. i’m not 100% sure about this because a sapper showed it to me one time but I would have liked to test it out more.
on the siauliai mission if you jump and stop in the right spot you can bypass the stacked up furniture that is at the start of the mission. this is 100% confirmed but it sucks when you miss and have to wait for the furniture to become unstopped.
