Bug Description : I put a point into reincarnate to see how it works, and when I cast it, nothing happens. No animation, no debuff, no rez, nothing. I know it doesn’t always work on bosses, but it isn’t even working on the little monsters.
Steps to reproduce the issue :
- Put a point into reincarnate
- cast on low-hp enemy
- observe the nothing that appears
