Bug Description :
Based on tests, Quicken (which increases attack speed) is not affecting the attack speed of secondary attacks.
Steps to reproduce the issue :
- Use Quicken or any other attackspeed increasing ability
- Use C (whatever your secondary attack button is)
- Attack speed will be the same as when not using Quicken
Please assist.
