And I would like to know if wizard’s basic attack can be critical due to this attribute.

Quicken is a buff. This attribute makes that buff to grant some crit.

Basically… you’re buffing someone else’s crit chance instead of your own. Only skill I’ve seen as well as many other C2 or C3 pyros have seen is Fire Pillar doing criticals but that’s probably a bug and will change when the game fully releases.

What’s the max attribute anyway? That makes me sad meteor can’t crit.
