Chrono + Sage INT or SPR?

Hi everyone

Ive been searching about a chrono + sage build, and the ones I found say I should invest in INT, BUT the questions are:

1- Does haste and quicken still work in a full INT build without SPR from equips? If no, how does the scale with SPR works?

2-The main reason I want chrono (besides The time magic theme I Love) is haste and Its mobility, Im considering a build with rune caster + thauma3 instead chrono, so I can use rune of giants to run around PLUS have great buffs.
Does thauma requires SPR or I can just go full INT?

They scale with SPR=CharLvL to get strongest buffs, no SPR still gives the base buff values shown in Tooltip (16 Move vs 8 Move Speed)

Best would be 360SPR, a little less is not bad, but no SPR would be pretty ineffective.

360 spr, then rest of the points into con.

If I go for SPR, will Sage still work?

You’ll need to have a good weapon… but you need to have a good weapon regardless of where you dump your stat points.

But yes, Sage will still work.
