Which one do u think is better for pvp???
both of them have different role support or CC, this depend on playstyle and other team member composition.
btw you can also make wiz>x>kino3>chrono3 if you like both.

Im planning on having w3 ele3 and kino3 or chrono3… I know its for future build for when rank 9 comes…
But still im curious to know
For pvp it will always be Kino.
Chrono is more of a support in pvp, while Kino is focused on deploying heavy CC.
