I came back to the game recently and I wanna know if there are good builds for chronomancer (for PVP or PVE).
chrono pass still a nice addition for cm 7 or dc 10-11.not as good as diev but still decent support if damage isnt your calibre.also reincarnate ally can act as secondary revive.
yes it is, chrono is good for builds with onmy, onmy’s skill have long cast time so chrono will help, and u can use staff 
Onmy is okay with Staff and no Chrono too (get Asio Trinket). And you can take more dmg classes.
Chrono is bad now.

the quick cast would translate into a +30% dmg boost and Time Forward should be a wrong translation, meaning it locks 2 more skill of the opponent, hence you can lock you opponent out of 3 (attack) skills.
Combine that with the back mask arts as a full recover and you could try to annoy everyone with different stuff for a long time or you try to combine it with dmg stuff of wizard, since you can use arcance burst 2 times in very short time span thank to backmask’s art sp regain and pass.
