That video is pretty messy even for me to realize whats happening. Look at these two which was posted from here and the report section. Obviously its lag and everyone is conspired against him. 
I wonder if he is trying to spam in this thread so people Flag him a lot ending up locking this topic. Well, I can just create another report if that’s the case.

That twitch stream was totally edited with vegas.
I included the youtube URL link of the video we have proof of you cheating too to PROVE that its not EDITED unlike your image which have edited red squares.

Hi, just going to quip in. Given the information and timestamp of the Twitch VOD recording that has been provided, it can’t be edited with Sony Vegas or any editing software. Like, 100% cannot be construed as edited. It’s just gameplay. The times of the gameplay match with the uploaded recording as well as the chat feed.
This coming from someone who streams often and has worked with the time signatures while employed at Twitch to deduce people who cheated, and banned their accounts accordingly as an administrator. The only way to smudge anything here would be to edit on the fly, which clearly isn’t possible without it being noticeable in the VOD or without interrupting general gameplay.
I’ve banned Twitch accounts for less in other MMO directories, in any case, so it’s a good thing you don’t stream yourself doing these things and it’s just limited to other people observing you.

But he disabled access to recorded/old streams somehow.
If it’s gone it can’t be used against him. And other peoples’ recordings cannot be used as evidence against his personal Twitch account, even if it is the same person. He has to be the one who archived or streamed it live.
Welp, that explains a lot.
Seems someone really have been cheating on all the games he played.
