So, it maybe not the best suggestion, or have high importance. But it would be really nice to have a “…” over your head when youre typing in chat. So people know youre about to say something, and you can tell when someone else does. Kind of like what you see on IM/PM instant messaging services.

Easy to implement, hard to overestimate : D
I like this idea, would also be delighted if they include a secondary icon for when a person is talking to a npc.
Visual cues like those would be great for partying.
Strangely, that icon exists. It appears as a buff that you can see next to their health bars if they are in your party.
