Alt+tab-ing (minimizing the tab, or switching tabs) the game often causes the messages in the chat to get “stuck” as in being stuck at the bottom of the chat while new chat lines are inserted above them.
After a while this leads to the chat being completely blocked by stuck messages and having to scroll up if you want to see if anything new has been said (or restart the game since logout and/or char selection does not reset the chat box).
At times i also find chat being completely stuck. Im not getting any new messages at all, which is hardly possible because shouts always happen. If not by players, then by the god damn gold seller bots.
In addition: It would be nice to fix this issue and/or add a feature to reset the UI since buffs are also affected by this from time to time. A good example is the pirate flag buff which at some point was like 8 or 9 buffs on 0s time still flashing in my buff list.
TL;DR:
The UI and chat has a tendency to get stuck. Please address this and/or add a reset UI function/command, such as /resetui.
