Bug Description : If you have a chat window popped out, and you’re typing in the input bar at the bottom of it, sometimes the cursor jumps to the left of the window. This happens when the window updates with new messages. For example, if you’re having a whisper conversation with someone and they send a message while you’re typing, the cursor will go back to the start, so if you type 12345, it’ll come out as 45123.

Steps to reproduce the issue :
- Pop out a separate chat window for a whisper conversation or other conversation
- Start typing in the chat input bar at the bottom of the window
- Have the person you’re talking to send a message to your chat window while you’re typing
- The cursor goes back to the start of the bar, messing up your text
