Uninstall all addons:
Delete the folder Addons
Delete SUMANI.ipf
Delete 
lkchat found in the folder Patch
Having the same error/bug. 
Same here. I see the bubbles but nothing comes into the chat.

At first I thought it was due to updated patch - add-on incompat or sth so I’ve tried uninstall add-ons yet nothing is solved. Already tried to fix things via steam too.

And if i use minimized chat, sometimes the chat only shows partially.
