Why don’t charges have separate cool downs? The way it is now, is 100% ■■■■■■■ useless, who made this ■■■■? Either remove this garbage and reduce cooldowns all around or have the charges have separate cooldowns.
i think they’re meant to -or at least, you loose a charge over time- but it doesn’t seem to work properly.
