Type of Bug : Connection I guess?

Date/Time and Location : 5/5/2016. If by ‘Location’ you mean my actual physical location, it’s Argentina.

Description : Cannot login with this particular character. It’s stuck on the Aqueduct Bridge Area. I can login with my other characters but for some reason whenever I try to login with this (my main character) I get kicked back to the server select screen.

Steps to reproduce the issue : None unless you access with my account.

System: Irrelevant, this is a server side issue.

I cannot access the game with this particular character. This is extremely frustrating, as this is my main character and I actually want to play the game with it. Also, the Token is still running while I cannot make use of it with this character. Sure I can use my alt, but that’s not the point.

Please advise.

EDIT: Now I’ve my other wizard stuck on Tenet Garden, who cool is that?

EDIT2: Now my other character is stuck on the lodge as well. I’m out of characters to play.

I’m going to update this thread because for some odd reason I cannot update / add information to my support ticket.

I’ve five characters:

  • My main, a wizard that got stuck on Aqueduct Bridge Area after dying on Demon Prison 2
  • A paladin that I do not care of and I don’t want to play it, that of course is the only one that can access the game and is sitting on Kaipeda City
  • Another Wizard, that got stuck after changed maps to Tenet Garden
  • A Peltasta and a Highlander, that got stuck as well.

Long story short, I cannot access to any maps (tried all the channels) but Kaipeda, and of course I won’t take the risk of moving the only char that I can login with from that city, because chances are that I won’t be able to get into the game afterwards.

There are plenty of threads about this and similar matters, it’s frustrating and outrageous that the Staff hasn’t voiced out yet. This is the fastest way to lose customers.
