Characters stuck in the Gateway of the Great King

Bug Description :
I was going to teleport to the Gateway of the Great King for the Wugushi job advancement quest and got disconnected from the game. When I was trying to connect again, after lobby screen, the game always just throw me back into the server selection screen. When I also tried to go to that map using my cleric, the issue with my archer also happened to my cleric.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. Go to Gateway of the Great King field.

Hi @ace.2493! Kindly try to restart your router as a possible fix. If this workaround did not fixed the problem, please send us a ticket through Support with your character’s Starting City for us to move it.
