Type of Bug : Characters disappear.
Date/Time and Location : No actual time but after the first available free transfer.
Description:
I have stopped to play this game since the first server transfer
because of examination. I started to update my game at Friday (25 Jun 2016). There is some errors ( Failed to download .pak files and The client shutdown due to and error) but somehow I fixed it today (27 Jun 2016). After I get into my account and choose my server Fedimian, all my characters have gone and only my pet still there. In addition, my characters in Telsiai disappear as well. It is quite a serious problem because there is token and TP inside.
Steps to reproduce the issue :
1)Login
2)Pick Fedimian
3)Characters gone
