Characters 21 levels below mob arent getting any exp

Bug Description :
Character isn’t getting exp when party member kills a monster more than 21 levels above it. It should be getting at least 25% as per patch notes.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

1. Join party with higher level character, let higher level character kill monster that is more than 21 levels above your level.
2. no exp gained.

Just bumping this thread. Doesn’t seem like anyone else reported this? I’m having trouble helping my sisters level.
