Character stuck on lodge

Gameplay Bug Report Connection / Game Crash

My character is stuck on the lodge, i can choose between seven channel, but they don’t work. After i choose a channel and click to enter the game, i’m redirected for the first screen, where i choose my server again.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. Select the Silute (SA) server;
  2. Select my character;
  3. Select a channel;
  4. Click to enter the game;
  5. Got redirected for the first step.

Important informations:

  1. Server: Silute (SA)
  2. Team Name: Streptoccocus
  3. Character Name: Panjanja
  4. Initial City: Klaipeda
  5. Stucked Map: Tenet Church 1F

Please, if someone knows how to solve this, or if the staff can actually help me, instead of ignore me, i’ll be greatful. Thanks !

It keeps redirecting me to the first screen too.

This map is crashing for everyone. I have 3 friends who tried to enter in the same map to complete a daily quest, and they are stucked aswell.
