Bug Description :
I just walked into the Geles Plateau area and when the map loaded I can’t see any mobs, npcs or players. All I can do is move around the empty map at very high speeds.
No, I’m not stuck in lodge. I CAN log in and run around the map, but can’t leave because the portals to other areas won’t show up.
Steps to reproduce the issue :
When my first ticket was answered they ported me the previous map, but when I entered Geles Plateau again the same error showed up. Just do it again.

Those guys answering support tickets aren’t even trying. The first time they ported me to another map and told me to try loading the map again. The second time, the guy didn’t even read the damn ticket when I say I can move around the map and asked me if I was stuck in the lodge or in game. Really?
