Bug Description : Commander Load Fail message when trying to log in with either of my two characters. Only have option for selecting channels 1 or 2 and trying to connect to either gives me the mentioned error message.
(letting us know what you were doing before, during, and after the bug happened will help us a lot)
Steps to reproduce the issue :
- Select server
- Select Character
- Select Channel
- Get error message

Repairing Gaming Files.
Complete uninstal/Reinstall of game.
