Character stuck at loading screen. Help pls

After teleporting to tenet garden, character stuck in loading screen. About 70%

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. Relog game, Steam and pc. Nothing works

Ive tried to tp again in tenet garden to raid lvl50 dungeon. It seems that my char is stucked again in loading screen. It seems that if I tp to tenet garden, my character will be stucked.

Relog Game, Steam and PC.
