Character Stuck at 70% loading

My character was stuck at 70% loading.

I tried restarting the ToS, validating game files in steam, restarting the PC.
I searched the forum for answer, but none of them worked.

Server: South East Asia (Varena)
Team Name: EMH
Character Name: Wizard
Zone: Royal Mausoleum 4F
Starting City: Klaipedia
