Character Stats/Info - How do I know how effective it is? Where is the indication?

Is it not possible to clarify at the Character Info Window (F1) whether the stats are flat numbers or %? Critical rate and Attack for example don’t really tell me much. Yes the number may be high or low. But a % would tell me a lot more.

Hp and SP recovery is it per second, every 10 seconds? etc? How do I know? O.o

Is the accuracy e.g 45% against mobs at my level? 45 itself doesnt infer much.
Is block Penetration 60 what? 60% chance to ignore block? O.o

The stat ui window is very basic and honestly doesnt give me enough information to really know how strong/weak my character it is.

It is not possible to give you a percentile number on critical hit, because it depends on the critical defenses of the enemy you’re attacking. Same goes for accuracy and block penetration, they depend on evasion/block of the target.

They’re flat numbers. I’ve seen some videos like this that goes over 100 crit rate and still doesn’t guarantee a crit every attack. These flat numbers go to formulae along with enemies’ defense stats (crit, eva, block, etc), which means your stats are still relative to your enemies’ stats.
