Now I have only three characters in my ID but it shows on the top bar as I got 4/4.

How can I solve it ?

Advice, when you have a question search the forums before making a topic. This has been answered many times. Pets take up character slots.

If you don’t have a pet and it says 4/4 then you have a serious problem.
