In the character selection, i took all the items that are given from the ‘bot compensation’, but when i log in the game, i did not received anything

Date and Time :est 9.40pm - 10.00pm

Where it happened : character selection

Bug Description :
i clicked accept items but did not received it to character, then i tried to relog and find all the items is gone

Were you recently banned by mistake?

If not, the packages were not meant for you, that’s why it has disappeared. There was a mistake with the compensation and it was sent to all players instead of exclusively to those affected by the ban-mishap.

Some of Players mistakenly received due to my mistake and we retrieved all of items without them So sorry for inconvenience of this issue.

We would like to announce that these accounts have now been unblocked and that their corresponding teams have been compensated with the following items:

  • 15-Day Event Token (untradable)
  • EXP Tome x4
  • Instanced Dungeon Reset Voucher x4
