Character not moving problem. Help!

Bug Description :
(letting us know what you were doing before, during, and after the bug happened will help us a lot)
So basically every so often (more like every second time) I have the issue that when I open up it won’t let me change characters and the “start game” button is unresponsive and only lets me go in if I click on the character a few hundred times. Now from here two things happen: one, the game goes on fine and I can move and if I go to change characters it works, but the second way it goes which is normal I cannot move my character and I have to quit and re-open a few times. Now I usually fix this by restarting the game a few times or restarting the computer and then re-opening the game a few times as well. Now, I have two computers that I play this on, an old 2007 desktop and a 2016 lenovo laptop. I have compared these two computers and the newer one by far out-does the old one, but performance shows to be different, the laptop has issues (used to work fine until about February) and up until recently the desktop worked fine until the graphics card failed during a boss raid and I got a blue screen. So I need a way to fix it so that my fairly-new laptop with good specs can play TOS otherwise I can’t play it anymore.

My desktop had really bad specs yet was able to run it better than my good laptop which is kinda annoying.

If your character does not move try pressing ALT this happens to me sometimes when I warp throughout the maps and when I press alt I can move again.

I tried that but it I think it is more that the game just isn’t responsive, I made sure it wasn’t in the UI mode, I say it is unresponsive because any button or menu or anything I click or press doesn’t work until I have pressed it 50+ times and then it stuff up again.

Quick this is why the warpstone was made lol try using that.

I have this with controller every now and then, not sure if would help in your case but alternating windows(ALT+TAB) fix for me.

So far none of these have worked, the only way it has worked so far is opening and closing it a few times and restarting my computer a few times as well, everything else doen’t seem to work.

Same problem here, its happen when I open Chrome or something before start the game. I need to restart my pc everytime…

I’m surprised they haven’t done anything about it yet, I’m sure we’re not the only ones its happening to and I’m sure other people have made complaints, so why wont be fixed !
