Bug Description :

After we finished the Fallen dragoon guild quest i suddenly got disconnected and were sent to my account’s lobby, when i tried to hop back into the said character it just keeps sending me to lobby, it is not a connection issue as i am able to hop into the the game using a different character.

This is what happens when you get kicked out of an instance and the instance is closed. The game puts you in limbo and you get stuck forever. All you have to do is write a ticket to the support asking them to teleport your character to a city, this is the common way to fix the problem.
