So the problem is, my character is gone, last night i was playing my archer in varena server and i reached lvl 12, then the next day i switched the PC im using and logged in the same server then my character is gone.
Please i need help

I however wouldn’t worry unless you had any tokens etc on it as level 12 is quickly able to get back within a short time.

check the other servers, in case you accidentally started on something else.
also level 12 is nothing. at least if there was a glitch and you lost your character, you didn’t lose a well-advanced character.
I checked all the servers (except the ones exclusive to the one who bought founders pack) and theres no trace of my old character.
I know lvl 12 is easy to get back but what im concerned is, are the characters stored in the Steam account ? or in the Pc’s Hard drive. cause I tend to switch PCs Cause im playing in a Computer Cafe
they -should- be stored on the server. otherwise it would just lead to rampant character editing. login, make character, play a bit, log out, edit your save file for +1 billion exp, login, be near max level.
So is there a way to retrieve my old character back ?
Oh, and I just checked the PC I used last night, my lvl 12 archer is there, but i cant see her when i use a different PC.

are you sure you login the same steam account? 
Yes im sure, i only have 1 steam account
you currently playing at Computer Cafe? do your Computer Cafe provide Steam Account? (some Computer Cafe has provide Steam Account for every single PC on their Cafe)
or you login your own Steam Account?

The Cafe uses their own Steam account, and in my personal computer my OWN steam account is logged in. so thats what the problem is.

some advice here:
better don’t play your own steam account on Computer Cafe/Cyber Cafe, some of it has keylogger on the PC, if you wanted to play on Cafe, you better use Steam Mobile Authenticator
