Hi IMC,
I wanted to suggest if ToS might implement a Character Deletion Verification System.
As it stands, it’s almost too easy/quick for anyone to delete their characters, they simply press the - button next to the character’s name, confirm the “are you sure?” window and done.
My main concern is if anyone (not the player) gain access to the computer physically, they could really choose to delete the characters for any account. Yes, this is probably a rare case, but it’s still something I guess can be considered.
Thus, would it be possible to add a text box with a secret question of some sort? That allows verification that the player is really the player, and not some random person.
Another concern is that charactera are deleted as soon as the player/anyone confirm the window. Would it be a good idea to set a time counter until the character is deleted?
