I personally prefer playing bishoenen(pretty young man) as my characters but others may not.
ToS have NPC that have more musculine faces. Im sure some players might prefer those type of face than the bishoenen ones.
The more the options the better, it can be even be a premium feature to change the face.
Maybe you’re right, in mostly every game I’ve created my characters with manly characteristics, but I’m ok with these, since they’re pretty similar to RO, where you couldn’t change your face.
If they added this system, noice, otherwise I’m noice too, I dont really care whether you look like manlier in this game or not.
most of the time i make manly characters are the joke builds in other mmo.
In addition, since faces are currently androgynous, an option for female hairstyles on male characters would be cool, or more feminine faces on them as well. 
i’d like a beard for my character, i’d like it very much indeed.
hair styles, faces, skin tones, costumes, etc are probably coming on release, not beta. but I did really want them >_<
Sometimes it’s hard for me to differentiate genders, maybe the shape of their body/hairstyle are very similar…idk[examples]. And I would love to see different skin colors

Seconding this request - there is no reason not to have more variety in the choice for character looks. Personally, I was quite sad that I could not make a grizzled war veteran sword fighter like the Guard Captain in OPs screenshot for myself.
I can see a more innocent face for some male clergy or wizard characters, but I would really like my acolyte/templar to have a more rugged face, and maybe a few scars, to signify a man of faith who uses magic and brawn to fight on the frontlines in the war against demons.
Dunno if it would be a lot of work, but if this could be implemented I’d be truly happy.
