Character created with [Event]Slot Voucher stuck in Lodge 2

Disclaimer: Yes, I already sent a ticket regarding the issue.

I’m trying to figure out if this is a unrelated misfortune or caused by the [Event]Character Slot Voucher and [Event]Lv.400 Jumping Box.

After using the Slot Voucher on my main Savior I promptly created a new character in Lodge 1 and gave him the Lv.400 Jumping box. I logged in and took some time to create a build/set his skills(used all cards). Since I had decided on a build that needed a mount, I went back the character lodge to do so. Now here begins the confusion… My newly created savior was still level 1 with no gear nor class costume. When I attempted to assign a companion to him, nothing would happen but every other character it worked fine. Tried logging out/in to fix what I tought was a bug… Eh dead wrong.

He disappeared from Lodge 1 to end up in Lodge 2. And even though I could technically move him back(since I know I do have the place; 16/17), I get the ‘’ You do not have enough Character/Companion slots’’ box.

Did this happen to anybody else?

Only 16 slots in 1 lodge.
So the 17th must be placed in lodge 2.
Source: I have 40 characters.

So what you are telling me is that one Lodge can only have 16 Slots? When I used the Characracter Voucher it was a bug that I could create a 17th character in Lodge 1? Are those numbers even explained anywhere easily accessible or have I been just blind for the past 4 years? I will either have to delete a low lvl character or wait several months for the companion update.

Yes.

It’s called visual bug, the storage sometime exceed the maximum slot too, but actually put them in the other Addtional Storage.
(source: try to put x100 1k attri and x100 500 attribute)

Your 17th is there but in the lodge 2. You dont need to delete anything.

If the numbers (16 slots per Lodge) is information available in the game/web site or you end up figuring it out once you reach the max per lodge.

As for having to delete a low lvl character: can character from Lodge 2 have access to companion/ team storage from Lodge 1? I always though it wasn’t the case.

Still, thank you for answering. You gave me more clear information in 3 small sentences than the reply I got from my ticket.
