Character bug in place after teleport to teammate's scenario quest

Bug Description :
(letting us know what you were doing before, during, and after the bug happened will help us a lot)

After teleport to teammate’s scenario quest, I was unable to move/cast skills but i can jump, although jump didn’t solve anything. I can attack and receive attacks from monster, but push back from monster will “knock down” but not leave the place. I have to re-log into game to solve the problem.

p.s. just started questing in crystal mine today on my alt, it was fine few days before

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. join group
  2. teammate start a scenario quest
  3. join in the scenario
  4. locked in place

It’s happened to me, too. Party’s members will stuck in place can’t use skills but still can do basic attack.

Till today still yet to fix it? We only can play in solo mode. Please fix it…as soon as posible…

Still happening, it’s almost impossible to do quest’s in PT, i hope that will be fixed soon

I just did a quest and bug again, but since i cannot “open chest” to complete quest i relog and redo the boss. Somehow my teammate cannot open chest after i re-do and finished the quest, so he abandon and tried again. I got teleport in AGAIN but this time i can move, cast, everything are just fine…

This issue has been reported for 2 days now. and it’s still remain UNFIXED :rage:

Still not fix, cant even quest with my group. Pls do something about this.
