I just hit class 15 on my circle 3 Priest, and I’m level 127, I’m trying to make the master appear by initiating the quest by talking to the guard in Orsha, but hes not giving me anything other than the usual dialogue. Is there something I’m missing here?
Never mind, after switching channels many times he finally talked to me.

are u sure that there is no prerequisites?
Yeah I just kept channel hopping and spamming the guard out of frustration. He finally talked to me. So I suppose channel hopping/relogging might help? It’s kinda dumb.
Keep talking to the guard, It’ll trigger the chat by chance.
