Chaplain + Paladin (need some tips)

Hey guys, I’m trying to build an INT based Chaplain with one rank of Paladin.

Currently I have a mix of both INT and STR to make it easier for me to grind. Was planning of using stat reset potion and max my INT when I reach Chaplain later. Currently here are my stats:

I plan on doing this
Cleric>Priest>Priest>Paladin>Priest>Chaplain>PD

Reason why I choose Paladin is to utilize Restoration with my Heal box since I only go for Cleric1, and a bit of additional elemental resist. I couldve gone straight Cleric>Priest>Priest>Priest>Chaplain but my main concern was how would I level up a Priest and do decent damage to mobs or anything with no STR, and basically no effective damaging skills to monsters? So I chose paladin at rank 4 to make it a little more viable.

I need to know if I’m gonna be okay or will this be a complete failure end game? because currently, I’m having a bit of difficulty when I’m crowded by mobs, especially ones that wouldnt die in 1 smite. Or any ideas how to refine my current build? Thanks a lot guys.

You’d have better healing power and presence with Cleric2 than with Paladin+restoration.

and leveling you’d do decent dmg by having maxed Blessing/Sacrament and a Cafrisun set. Paladin feels like a wasted rank overall.

Cleric 2 is better than Paladin. You gonna pull your hair out to heal group members for level 190+ dungeons if you the only healer.with 1 rank in Cleric.
