I know, i have this build right now FulldexChap with maxed burn.
How much aoe ratio do I need for chaplain inqui AA build ?
Especially to be efficient on boss
I guess I will take monk to double punch the wheel for strike damage buff
Imo as long as you can hit both the boss + breaking wheel you will be fine. Hence an aoe ratio around 6 should suffice. Only get more if you want to hit more monsters with autos at melee. For most cases being able to hit around 3-4 monsters is more than enough since we are limited on our auto attack range.
One way to try out how much aoe ratio you need before you are comfortable is to befriend a Squire and an Alchemist. Squire’s BBQ Skewer which grants a +3 aoe ratio for 60/90 minutes and Alchemist can craft aoe attack ratio potions (also +3). If you can get a sorcerer to tag along too for aoe attack ratio buffs.
With this way you can try out how much aoe ratio you need to best suit your playstyle before investing into equipment and cards.
I’m leveling a Squire for the food.
Armor I use Cafrisun so I can’t use vubbe gloves, I’m looking to buy Manahas next.
So food + Centaurus card
Is it only very tough bosses like ET / World Boss that require 6 AOE ratio?
Cause I have the default 3, and have no problem hitting both wheel and bosses like Saalus, Challenge Mode, 300 Dungeon etc.
It is more for instances when the boss spawns additional monsters making my character unable to hit the wheel properly due to them being stacked together. It also helps when my autos can hit 1 more monster when the breaking wheel is on cooldown.
1h mace is 2 aoe ratio ? How about 2h mace ?
Clerics start with 3 aoe attack ratio. Both 1hand mace and 2hand mace are the same. High tier 2hand maces such as Masinios 2 hand and Solmiki 2hand mace give aoe attack ratio.
During the pet tamer event, I remember praying for Burn to proc everytime Boss monster summon their minions. Good times.
Actually, 1h Solmiki gives 3 AAR.
