Bug Description : Deploy Capella only puts the buffs on me when I put it down. If I walk out of and then in its area it doesn’t refresh my buffs…neither after the buffs expire.
Steps to reproduce the issue :
- Use Deploy Capella.
- Try to refresh the buffs with it.
